Tosca started her career in the entertainment industry as a production secretary. She initially worked for the Discovery channel on Grand Illusions: The Story of Magic.

She worked on only one episode of the show before joining the Alliance Atlantics as a director. She worked here from 1999 to 2000 before quitting her job to work on her project. Her first project was Puzzle.

She even founded Musk Entertainment with producer Jina Panebianco and writer Joany Kane in 2002 and worked actively in producing and directing different projects.

While still running the Musk entertainment, Tosca started the Tiki Bar TV in 2006, a video podcast web series, with the help of Jeff Mcpherson and ran it for three years.

The series was a great hit as even the late Steve Jobs used it as an excellent example of a video podcast during hid Macworld 2005 Keynote event. It even got featured in many renowned magazines like Forbes, Wired, etc.
