Both the songs he released with his band and solo have made it to Billboard and have collected a good amount of fame and fortune for Raybon.

Besides releasing songs, the country singer has also performed in hundreds of concerts and tours.

All these have helped Raybon to earn a good deal of money, which has made his net worth around 2 million USD.

His Early Life, Parents, and Family

Raybon was born in Sanford, Florida but grew up in Greenville, Alabama.

He is the son of the founder of All American Bluegrass Express, Kenny Raybon.

His father was a bluegrass fiddler and bassist who started a band with his three sons and a few other people.

His father influenced Raybon when he was a kid.

He started his journey in the music field at a young age because of his father and talent.

He took part in a talent show when he was just eight and had been signing in many bands and even solo since then.

The county singer has lived a successful life both professionally and personally.

He sang even when he was a kid and is still singing at the age of 65.

However, his personal and professional life has had its fair share of problems.

From his band getting disbanded to him being an alcoholic, Raybon has gone through it all.

Raybon started drinking as a young man and sobered up only when he was thirty-one.

Due to his alcohol addiction, he abandoned his six-day-old son and wife, who had returned home from the hospital.

He only went home after four days after the arrival of his wife and son.

Raybon even missed concerts due to his alcoholism. In one of the incidents, he went drinking, and his promoter called his wife to ask about his whereabouts.

While his wife assured the promoter that he had left for the concert, Raybon was busy gulping alcohol.

Things got so bad that his sons used to feel embarrassed to call their friends home because of him.

At some point, the Grammy award-winning singer came to his senses and decided to get sober.

He then got clean and started to help other people struggling with addiction. He visited people in their homes and shared stories with them. He even did charity work to help these people.

Now, Raybon is clean and has reunited with his band since 2014. Despite being in the later phase of his life, he is still enjoying a great life with his family and band members.

As he grew older, he started performing in the clubs by himself. Raybon and his friend Mike McGuire formed the band in 1984 in Musclee Shoals, Alabama. Ralph Ezell joined as the bassist, Jim Seales as guitarist, and Stan Thorn as keyboardist.

He went on tours with his band and released around nine studio albums. Two albums even got gold certified by the Record Industry Association of America.

The band released many singles, among which twenty-six even made it to the Billboard hot county songs.

While still in the band, Raybon also formed a duo with his brother Tim and they released the cover of the hit song Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle.

The cover made it to the Top 40 on Billboard. The duo also released another single, The Way She’s Lookin.

Raybon also released songs as a solo artist.

Things were going great for Raybon in both the band and duo until his band members left the band, and he had to sell the naming rights.

After the disbandment, the country singer went entirely solo and gave memorable singles like  Two Dozen Roses, Sunday in the South, etc.

He even got many nominations at the Grammy Awards and won one for his song Somewhere In The Vicinity Of Heart.

His solo career was going great all those years, with him performing in concerts and tours.

However, he again rejoined his band in 2014 to once again perform with them.

The band then signed a contract with Johnstone Entertainment in 2016 and has been managed by the agency ever since.
