Both Amy and Gary participated and completed their daily exercise and had healthy meals. They had six meals a day and engaged three days in a week on cardio workouts that included biking, swimming and running. Likewise, they engaged themselves in strength training for three days a week.
After 12 weeks of such intensive training, Amy had lost 30 pounds.
